Inspired by the mythical legend of Mahamayuri, this scent composition traces the sacred path of the Peacock Wisdom Queen whose veneration travelled across ancient India, China, and Japan. The scent composition harmonizes the soul of three civilizations, weaving a one-of-a-kind fine fragrance that radiates a majestic and transcendent aura. Mahamayuri is a sprawling olfactory epic, a scent that drapes the wearer in the regal emanation of the Wisdom Queen. The journey begins with a radiant flash of mandarin, lime and the golden warmth of saffron, evoking the first light of dawn over a sacred landscape. At its heart, the fragrance unites the floral treasures of three civilizations. The heady, honeyed intensity of red champaca absolute, the ethereal purity of jasmine, both in absolute and delicate enfleurage, the opulent, velvety depths of rose otto and rose absolute, and the apricothued sweetness of both osmanthus absolute and enfleurage. The floral bouquet is harmoniously paired with our custom-extracted Tieguanyin Iron Goddess tea absolute, evoking a three-dimensional tea-drinking experience with its realistic, slightly toasted, mineral and astringent nuances, grounding the blooms with a distinct vibe of Eastern Zen. Due to the nature and quality of the raw materials used, the scent will continue to age beautifully in the bottle with time when properly stored. It is normal to have some sediments/separations in this scent due to the nature of the raw materials used. Just gently shake well before applying it.
