When did it happen? You no longer know. You've been wandering the world for as long as you can remember, and the memories of your childhood, once so vivid, vibrating in your mind, are now slowly fading into mist. Does time heal wounds, or is it indifference? You sit leaning against a tree. The fire crackles softly, probably a pinecone. You’ve always tried to find a pattern, a rhythm, listening to the flames as they slowly devour the broken branches. Fire takes life. Fire gives life. In its glow, your scars are more visible, like cracks on the shell of an empty vessel. A shell, hardened in the heat, encasing a wounded body to protect what’s inside. Is it the firepit burning, or your home? First comes the smoke, carrying a message. Then the fire. And after the fire, ashes. From the ashes, I was born.

Martyr tells the story of emotions that once set the heart ablaze, giving strength to resist and follow one's own youthful path. It's a tale filled with escapes deep into the forest, summer bonfires burning late into the night, skipping classes, and expressing oneself through music. Crucial element of the composition is also burning incense - a symbol of spiritual rebellion against imposed ideals. After its fiery opening comes the breakthrough - the smoke gradually fades away, revealing beautiful leathery-woody notes that symbolize acceptance of our past, the foundation upon which a new, mature person has grown - gentle and at peace with their history. Martyr is meant to remind us of feelings, suffering, and the search for one's true self. It represents individualism, mistakes made, and lessons learned. Martyr is us.

Every bottle cap is hand made by artisan creator which means each one will be different and has "damaged" effect applied on it. We will not accept returns based on Martyr statue being different than on product photos because that is intended effect that we wanted to achieve.
