這是一款採用香檳釀造工藝，與原則打造的自然釀造香水（Natural wine perfume）。世界上首支以製作香檳的方式製作酒香香水，這支有讓我想到另一款絕版香水 White Dacha (白色別墅)，氣味的果釀、話梅、大醋桶(超級酸好過癮)，用氣味表達真實香檳的氣泡、黃金液體、與香氣變化，還有醉感~非常容易讓人品酒人士感到相當滿意。

酸！好過癮！酵母~~~~！甜！是自然界的甜，會招惹蒼蠅螞蟻的那種果甜味，它的香氣結構與材料，也是香檳匯萃材料製成，只是他不能喝，是用噴灑的~宛如在動盪的時空，飲下一抹星辰。

具Rachel說：水蜜桃、草莓、香檳葡萄等果實，均經過多次的壓榨與多次的酵母發酵融合，與一些帶渣熟成更易產生微微的氣泡感，其中的氣泡會更易在杯緣綻放一圈柔和的白色泡沫，在這裡可以解讀為奶油、白花、與鳶尾凝脂的組合，而標誌性的酸醋果釀，由酵母與果渣呈現，其活耀的金黃慕斯感的花香汁液，與刀鋒俐落般的高度爽感則由金合歡與水蜜桃葡萄等，更讓它們溫柔在鼻息之間爆開，帶來酥酥麻麻的氣味想像，而最後的果實外皮(橘皮)與堅果般(香調表未列)的醇香交織，把活潑討喜的氣泡、淡雅白金色的花香汁液、與檸檬黃酸，帶到歲月沉澱的小麥琥珀金黃氣息之中，其光已在氣泡折射間所照應出來的微醺歡快，令人沉醉不已，餘韻悠長。

This scent reminds me of another discontinued perfume, White Dacha. It carries notes of fruit fermentation, preserved plum, and massive wooden vinegar casks—that intensely satisfying sourness! Through fragrance, it captures the effervescence, golden liquid, evolving notes, and light intoxication of real Champagne. It is sure to deeply satisfy wine connoisseurs.

Sweet! A natural sweetness—the kind of pure fruit sweetness that attracts flies and ants. Its scent structure and ingredients are crafted from the fine essences of Champagne. The only difference is that you can’t drink it—it’s meant to be sprayed.
It feels as though you are drinking a drop of starlight in a turbulent world.

According to Rachel, fruits like peaches, strawberries, and champagne grapes undergo multiple pressings and repeated yeast fermentations. Aging with the lees enhances a subtle, effervescent quality, creating delicate white bubbles that bloom softly along the rim of the glass. Here, this translates into a blend of butter, white flowers, and iris butter (orris butter).

The signature vinegary fruit acidity is brought to life by the yeast and grape pomace. Meanwhile, the lively, golden mousse-like floral juice and its razor-sharp, invigorating crispness are driven by acacia, peach, and grapes, allowing them to explode gently in your breath and ignite a tingly sensory imagination.

Finally, the interplay of fruit rind (orange peel) and a nutty richness (not listed in the notes) transforms the playful bubbles, delicate platinum-gold floral liquid, and lemon-yellow acidity into a deep, aged wheat-amber warmth.
